-
Heath Guarantee is provided for 1 year after the birthdate of this puppy Provided seller receives vet record from a vet of buyers choice within 72 hours after pick up. Failure to do so will void health guarantee. Seller guarantees that this puppy is up to date on all age appropriate immunizations, and de-worming treatments. -
Buyer is responsible to continue all proper care for the puppy's well- being. This includes proper veterinarian care, vaccinations, de-wormer, adequate food, water, exercise, and shelter. Puppy is not purchased for resale.

If puppy is found out to have any congenital defects before puppy's 1st birthday, buyer must provide all relevant documentation from a licensed veterinarian 96 hours after puppy was diagnosed. Failure to provide proper documentation to seller within the 96 hours voids the health Guarantee. Seller has the right to then take the puppy to veterinarian of sellers choice to review documentation and for a second opinion at buyers expense. If diagnosis is confirmed that the puppy had a hereditary condition, the buyer can then return the puppy for a replacement puppy. If one isn't available at that time, buyer will get first pick of next litter. No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy was discovered to be unwell from an accident, illness or improper care such as malnutrition.
-
If puppy should die within 1 year of its birthdate from a congenital defect, an autopsy must be performed by a licensed veterinarian at the buyer's expense. If it is confirmed the puppy died from a congenital defect, a replacement puppy will be available. If the autopsy shows indeterminable or inconclusive diagnosis, the guarantee becomes void.
